How information is handled in Wivora

Wivora is designed around personal curation, visual organization, and sharing of everyday items in a refined, intimate setting. Because users may upload photos, arrange belongings, and manage profile-based content, this page explains what information may be gathered, why it may be needed, and the choices available to users.

Effective Date: February 22, 2026

Overview

This policy applies to the iOS version of Wivora and related services available through paradisiacal.wivora.wiki. It covers account details, app interactions, uploaded content, technical information from devices, and requests made through app permissions where relevant to features.

Wivora is built to let adults document and present personal belongings, bag layouts, charms, and accessories with a premium editorial feel. Some features may involve optional sharing, profile management, saved arrangements, and media uploads. For that reason, certain categories of information may be processed in order to operate the app reliably and safely.

1. Data Collection

Information received through Wivora generally falls into three groups: details you provide directly, technical information generated through use of the app, and limited information obtained through integrated third-party software components.

  • Information you submit: this may include your email address, username, display name, profile details, support messages, and any photos, captions, item lists, arrangement notes, or other content you choose to upload or publish.
  • Device and technical details: this may include device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, approximate region, crash logs, performance diagnostics, and identifiers needed to keep sessions secure or prevent abuse.
  • Usage information: this can include interactions with screens, feature engagement, content saves, sharing actions, navigation paths, and general activity trends within the app.
  • Third-party SDK data: Wivora may use software development kits or similar tools for analytics, hosting, storage, authentication, diagnostics, or content delivery. These tools may process technical and usage information necessary for their function.

Certain features may ask for permission to access photos so that you can upload or organize images of personal items and arrangements. If location, contacts, or similar permissions are introduced for a feature, the app will request access through iOS at the time it is needed. Those permissions are intended to be optional unless a specific feature cannot function without them.

Wivora does not require users to submit highly sensitive identity records such as government ID numbers in the normal course of use. Users should avoid uploading personal information into captions, images, or item descriptions unless they are comfortable doing so.

2. Data Usage

The information handled by Wivora is used to run the app, maintain user accounts, display uploaded content, save collections and layouts, support sharing features, respond to support requests, and improve stability and performance.

  • To create and manage your account and profile
  • To store and display the content you choose to upload
  • To personalize app functionality and preserve your preferences
  • To analyze feature performance, fix bugs, and monitor reliability
  • To investigate misuse, enforce platform rules, and protect user safety
  • To communicate with you regarding support, updates, or service notices

Wivora may use aggregated or de-identified usage trends for internal product decisions, such as improving layout tools, item organization flows, or content-sharing experiences. Where marketing communications are offered, they may be sent only in line with applicable law and available user choices. Personal information is not sold for cash consideration.

Information may be shared with service providers that help deliver hosting, infrastructure, analytics, storage, customer support, moderation, security monitoring, or operational functions. Sharing is limited to what is reasonably necessary for those purposes.

3. Data Storage & Security

User content and related account information may be stored on secure servers or cloud infrastructure operated either directly for Wivora or by carefully selected service providers. Storage locations may vary depending on the architecture used to operate the service and may include systems outside your home jurisdiction where permitted by law.

Security measures may include encrypted network transmission, access controls, authentication safeguards, logging, environment separation, and administrative limitations on who can access stored information. No digital platform can promise absolute security, but commercially reasonable steps are taken to reduce risk.

Retention periods depend on the reason the information was obtained. Account information and user content may be kept while an account remains active, for a reasonable period after deletion requests are processed, or longer when needed to meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or enforce agreements.

4. Third-Party Services

Wivora may rely on outside providers for infrastructure and app operations. These providers may support functions such as authentication, cloud storage, analytics, diagnostics, customer messaging, media delivery, content moderation, payment-related processing if introduced, or security screening.

When those providers process information on behalf of Wivora, they do so under their own contractual and operational terms. Their handling of technical information may also be governed by their own privacy documentation. Because these tools can change over time, this policy stays general rather than listing every provider individually.

Links or shared content may occasionally direct users to external websites or platforms. Wivora is not responsible for privacy practices on sites or services that it does not control.

5. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on where you live, privacy law may give you specific rights regarding personal information associated with your Wivora account.

  • Access: you may ask for a copy of the personal information associated with you.
  • Correction: you may request that inaccurate or incomplete information be updated.
  • Deletion: you may ask that your personal information or account content be removed, subject to lawful exceptions.
  • Restriction or objection: in some regions, you may object to certain processing activities or ask that they be limited.
  • Opt-out rights: where applicable, you may request to opt out of certain data uses, including some sharing practices defined by law.
  • Non-discrimination: exercising your privacy rights will not result in unlawful discriminatory treatment.

To make a request, contact support@wivora.com. Verification may be required before a request is completed so that account information is not disclosed to the wrong person. If a request cannot be fulfilled in full, Wivora may explain the legal or operational basis for that outcome.

6. Children's Privacy

Wivora is intended only for adults and is not designed for individuals under 18 years of age. The app experience, content context, and account features are structured with an adult audience in mind.

The service does not knowingly gather personal information from children under 13, and it is not offered to minors under 18. If it becomes known that personal information from a child or underage user has been submitted, reasonable steps may be taken to delete that information and disable the associated account as appropriate.

Parents or guardians who believe a minor has provided information through Wivora may contact support@wivora.com. This section is intended to support compliance with applicable child privacy laws, including COPPA where relevant.

7. Policy Updates

This document may be revised from time to time as Wivora evolves, introduces new features, adjusts technical systems, or responds to legal and regulatory changes.

When updates are made, the effective date at the top of this page will be changed. In some situations, users may also be notified within the app, by email, or through another reasonable method when a change is significant.
