Access to Wivora is conditioned on acceptance of this legal agreement. When you open, browse, register for, or otherwise interact with the Service, you acknowledge that these terms govern that activity and create binding obligations between you and the operator of the application.

Anyone who is not comfortable with these conditions should discontinue access immediately and refrain from further use. No separate signature is required for these terms to take effect.

Use of the application is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years old. By utilizing Wivora, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your participation is lawful where you live.

All users are expected to behave responsibly and keep their account credentials secure. Activity taking place through your account may be treated as your responsibility, particularly where access details were not adequately protected.

Conduct that is not permitted includes, without limitation:

• using the Service in violation of applicable law or regulation;
• harassing, threatening, impersonating, or abusing other people;
• uploading harmful code, malware, automated scraping tools, or disruptive scripts;

A narrow, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission is granted to you solely for personal use of the application in accordance with these terms. This permission does not transfer ownership of any part of the Service.

Such action may occur without advance warning where immediate intervention appears necessary. Users remain free to stop using the application at any time and may discontinue their account participation whenever they choose.
